Drink Recommendations Premium Kornbrand


The Berliner Brandstifer Premium Kornbrand unveils its smooth and mild taste when served just above zero. Best when enjoyed pure – in iced, narrow glasses.


5 cl Thyme Chocolate Infused Premium Kornbrand
1 cl Sugar
1 cl Fresh Orange Juice
5 cl Fresh Clementine Juice
1 Dash of Black Walnut Bitters
Ingredients for the Infusion:
0.7L Berliner Brandstifter Kornbrand
6 Sprigs of Thyme
100 Grams of Dark Chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and give it a strong shake. Then pour into an iced coupette.For the preparation of the Thyme Chocolate Infused Premium Kornbrand:
Macerate all the ingredients for a minimum of 48 hours and then double strain.

5 cl Premium Kornbrand
3-4 Plumbs (halved)
2 cl Vanilla Sirup
1.5 cl Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
Muddle the plumbs well, add everything into a long drink glass with a sufficient amount of crushed ice and stir. Top up with ginger ale. Pierce quarter of a plumb and a cocktail cherry on a cocktail stick and lay over the glass for decoration.

Pour the Premium Kornbrand into a shot glas. Enjoy (both) chilled.

1 Pickled Spreewald Gherkin
Enjoy the Korn as is. To round-off the flavour, take a bite from the gherkin.
